FunnySmartPets ("we," "us") runs funnysmartpets.com. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain English.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. This uses cookies and collects things like your device type, rough location, and pages viewed. It doesn't tell us who you are.

Advertising. We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Affiliate links. When you click an Amazon link on this site, Amazon sets a cookie so that a purchase can be credited to us. We don't see what you buy or who you are.

Newsletter. If you sign up, your email is stored with our newsletter provider (Beehiiv) and used only to send you the newsletter. Unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email.

Contact forms. Messages you send through our forms go through Formspree to our email inbox. We use them to reply to you and nothing else.

Embedded videos. YouTube videos on this site don't load until you click play. When you do, YouTube (Google) may set cookies under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't buy data about you. We don't run our own tracking beyond the tools listed above.

Children

Our content is family-friendly, but the site is operated for a general audience and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser, use an ad blocker, and opt out of Google personalization at the links above. If you're in a region with privacy rights (GDPR, CCPA and similar), you can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it by emailing hello@funnysmartpets.com.
